Meliá Budva Hotel & Residences is a hotel and residential development on the Bečići waterfront. It includes a five-star hotel with 154 rooms and 136 private residences managed by Meliá Hotels International.
The residences include studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. Every residence is delivered fully furnished, with a fitted kitchen, appliances, lighting, textiles and fully equipped bathrooms.
Handover of the residences is scheduled for March-April 2027, with the full development due to open in summer 2027.

After the operating expenses defined in the agreement have been deducted, net rental income is split 70% to the owner and 30% to the management company. Final returns depend on the type of residence and the number of days made available for rental.
