Creative space and café-bar “Auditorija” in Budva

Turnkey implementation of an original design

The client approached Eco-Build with the goal of realizing the author’s design of the café-bar “Auditorija” and the creative space “Reforum” in Budva.

Initial conditions: a 250 m² commercial unit in shell condition — no wiring, plumbing, ceilings, or finishes.

Works completed by Eco-Build

• Selected suitable materials together with the designer, adapted to the local Montenegrin market
• Carried out semi-dry machine screed flooring
• Installed partitions and suspended ceilings in drywall
• Completed plastering and painting works while preserving authentic brick walls with a protective varnish
• Applied studio-level acoustic insulation on ceilings
• Installed electrical systems: two full switchboards with separate entries from the energy supplier
• Completed plumbing works: diamond drilling and connection to the existing sewage system in the basement
• Installed climate systems – wall-mounted and ceiling multi-split units
• Fabricated and installed doors and internal glass partitions
• ✨ Built a unique glass-block bar counter with integrated LED lighting – the highlight of the interior

Result

The café-bar “Auditorija” and the creative space “Reforum” are now open and operating successfully, attracting visitors daily from Budva and beyond.
