Comprehensive reconstruction of an old house with a fully renewed facade and improved energy efficiency.
This property in Radovici, on the Lustica peninsula, was taken in rather poor condition. The house had an old facade in need of complete renovation, as well as outdated windows and a roof.
The works included:
- removal of the old coating and facade cleaning;
- application of modern insulation to improve thermal and sound efficiency;
- application of high-quality Bavalit plaster, known for its durability and longevity;
- final facade painting in a modern shade that harmonizes with the architecture of Lustica;
- replacement of windows and roof, which increased both comfort and energy efficiency.
