A client approached Eco-Build after purchasing a historic three-storey villa with a stunning view of the Budva Riviera.
The property, with a living area of about 1,000 m², an 80 m³ swimming pool, and a large surrounding plot, had been neglected for a long time and required a full-scale restoration.
